A very-nice-friend of mine in Boston, who’s sharing the sampe passions (WAS ya, was! hahaha) with me from makeup, cooking (i’m not following this one, hahah) then photography.

While i’m still in a urutan paling buncit positions, and still playing with my digital camera, dia udah menggila dengan karya-karyanya seperti ini, this is GREAT! i mean, if i ever saw a postcard/ a poster like this, i never ever have any doubt to bought it right away.

Wanted : New House

So i begun… -corrected- WE begun to search a house, not in a purpose to buy it (not now at least), but to rented it for a while (and maybe if we stand it, we could buy it after). hee hee..
The main reason we moved from B29 is we think we have to start to have our own place(s) -amin-, and because the house is now needed for some personal-family-reasons.
Honestly, we’re not ready yet, i especially.. was not ready and was really fussy about this, but then we think this also the right time to actually stand in our own feet and facing reality of life (beuuuhh..) Bismillah…

So we start to search, Andri wants.. uhm.. WE wants to look around the area first, because we already familiar with the ‘hood, and also because we love Ms. Tince, the assistant!! I again, was hard to trust new people, and yet very picky to choose another assistant if we moved to the other place like Bintaro or Tebet (like my Mom suggested- i was like, MOM!! are u kiddin’ me?? that’s fricckin expensive!! yet my mom still insist to find us home in that area).

We fell into hard choices..

a. A huge and (not so) new house, actually its 2 houses that build into 1. Was own by my mother in law friend, and she gave us a very-very-very friendly price. A price that you can never imagined for a 5 (FIVE!!!!!) bedrooms suite and 4 (or maybe 2) Carport!!!. I (not WE in this matter) quickly fell in love with the house. We only have to re-paint it and rubbing the floor, as for my assistant tell us that the house is empty for no more than 1 years.

b. a nice, simple and clean house with (maybe, haven’t ask yet) the exact price in a way more smaller version. 200 meter squares more or less just like our house now. Andri love this one way better i think. Man always think very reasonable i couldn’t complain.

So, we’re now having a hard time.. which one? which house will be our next shelter?
a huge house with a ‘friendly’ price per year..
or..
a smaller house with the exact same price?
