oh iya, seperti biasa gue parno-an orangnya.. baru sekali book lewat website buat hotel singapore (abis harganya mursida banget bok dibandingin yg lain2!!).
jadi gue book lewat Otel.com, 3 malem di Bayview kena USD 350-an, trus setelah booking, bayar dan confirm, gue coba kan telp ke Bayviewnya, ih yang angkat galak bgt!! dia bolak balik bilang “No reservation for Mr. Pradono at that date, u shud go back to yer agent and check again with them lah!” ih, takut..
gue telp lah si Otel.com rep di Asia Region, baik2 orangnya dia bilang coba 48 hours lagi telp, mungkin belom masuk datanya disana, tapi last name check itu baru bisa seminggu sebelom check in..
Senin menjelang, gue telp lagi si Bayview, secara gue udh dapet last confirmation email from Otel.com (cepet banget prosesnya), CC gue di deduct 3,591jt ternyata ada biaya admin-nya. yang angkat masih si ibu2 itu, gue ngotot balik, dia juga ngotot, akhirnya gue bilang “i will email bayview hotel about this, i prefer communication via email!” dia bilang “ya u shud do that lah” (tetep ngotot singlish ya mak?)
akhirnya gue email deh semua, i mean SEMUA email yang gue bisa temuin di websitenya. mulai dari Bayview Hotel International, customer service Bayview Hotel Singapore, gtahotels.com (agent-nya Otel.com). SEMUA deh.
nah kan pada bales, termasuk dari bayviewnya..
